GREETING
MESSAGE
Since its establishment on April 27, 2004, the Korea University Invention Association (KUIA) has been dedicated to responding to the rapid changes in creativity, technology, and innovation, while promoting effective patent management and the development of global intellectual property through convergent technologies.
Our Association aims to contribute to the advancement of national industry by discovering and nurturing talented leaders in intellectual property. To achieve this mission, we have continuously organized major invention and creativity programs such as the Korea Youth Invention Contest (KYIC) and the World Invention Creativity Olympic (WICO).
In addition, KUIA is building a knowledge management hub that connects education, research, and industry, and promoting the establishment of University Invention Technical Support Teams to provide practical intellectual property support for companies.
Through these efforts, we strive to become a leading force in the convergence of intellectual property and innovation, while supporting sustainable development initiatives including the LOHAS certification program.
